You receive a request reference. Your file goes straight to the relevant Easy Move contact, who reviews routing and constraints and comes back to you by email with a proposal or follow-up questions.
International freight rates depend on chargeable weight, dimensions, dates, carrier availability and the services required (customs clearance, pickup, insurance). We prefer to send you a proposal based on those elements rather than an automated estimate that would change later.
The route (country and city, port or airport), commodity, number of pieces, gross weight, volume or dimensions, cargo ready date and the Incoterm if known. A packing list or invoice can be attached to your request.
Yes. Overseas forwarders and agents can entrust us with shipments to, from or via France. Introduce your company on the Overseas agents page or send a quote request directly.
Yes, we handle import and export customs clearance for your goods. Clearance at destination can be arranged with our partners depending on the country. See Customs clearance.
