- Quote form: first and last name, company, email, phone, preferred contact channel, shipment information (route, goods, dimensions, weight, value, special requirements), free-text notes.
- Browsing: if you consent, audience measurement data (pages viewed, device, approximate country) via Google Analytics.
Please do not enter sensitive data in free-text fields.

- The EasyMove quotation system (DigixLog solution) hosted [by IONOS in France / EU — to be confirmed].
- If used: Formspree (form delivery, United States), transfer covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
- With your consent: Google Ireland Ltd (Google Analytics), possible transfers to the United States covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- If you choose WhatsApp: WhatsApp Ireland Ltd.
- Airlines, shipping lines, hauliers, customs representatives and destination agents, solely to perform your transport.
Your data is never sold.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, to withdraw consent at any time, and to give instructions about your data after your death. Write to info@easymove-intl.com; we will reply within one month. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 — www.cnil.fr) or with your local supervisory authority.
