Data collected
- Quote form: company, full name, business email, phone (optional), company country, profile (forwarder, importer…), shipment information (route, goods, weight, volume, dimensions, special requirements, services requested), context (frequency, project status, dates), free-text notes and attached documents (packing list, invoice…).
- Browsing: if you consent, audience measurement data (pages viewed, device, approximate country, form steps completed — never the content entered) via Google Analytics.
Please do not enter sensitive data in free-text fields or attached documents.

- Authorised Easy Move International staff.
- The Easy Move quotation system (DigixLog solution), hosted by IONOS in the European Union, which receives and stores requests and attached documents.
- With your consent: Google Ireland Ltd (Google Analytics); possible transfers to the United States covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Airlines, shipping lines, hauliers, customs services and destination partners, solely to perform your transport.
Your data is never sold.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, to withdraw consent at any time, and to give instructions about your data after your death. Write to info@easymove-intl.com; we will reply within one month. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 — www.cnil.fr) or with your local supervisory authority.
