Airlines charge the higher of actual weight and volumetric weight. With the common 1:6,000 ratio, 1 cbm equals 167 kg. Two 120 × 80 × 120 cm pallets of 150 kg each make 2.30 cbm, about 385 kg volumetric: that is the basis used.
Without dimensions, chargeable weight cannot be established and the proposal may need correcting once the cargo is received. Give them per package type, or attach your packing list.
